How scary is expedition everest in Florida ?

I really want to give it a shot but im a MEGA big wimp and dont know if i should try it ?? the bit thats putting me off is going backwards in the dark. is there any big drops there?? Oh and my little sis wants to try to. shes 12 . bit of a wimp too ? you think she would be okayy ??? xxxxxxxx
