How to execute the kiss?

ok so guys can add comments if they want but a comment from a girl would be better as there the ones im concentrating on. ok so im not gonna boast or that but id say im pretty good looking and alot of girls like me. im quite shy when getting to know people but open up more once i get to know them ( talking about girls.) so like 5 times in the last year ive been alone with a girls i like and they like me (different girls) during parties and on one occasion after the cinema.i get called a wimp by my friends because i havent at least kissed them. the problem is i dont know if i should just go for it, because i wouldnt want them to shove me off or that. or should i wait for them to make the "move" , and what is the "move" for kissing. ive kissed alot of girls before but i think its been when im drunk. any help ladies?
