Revenge on neighbor ?

so ive been at uni i have come home from the holidays to find the family next door who are really scruffy leave used condoms hanging out of there bin litter everywhere has been harassing my parents by flashing lasers through the window throwing rocks at the door and knocking on our doors and windows and running off and muttering things as i pass them we haven't called the police because we are in the middle of moving house and calling the police on the neighbors has to be mentioned in the sales process and we need to sell the house but i think its wrong for my parents to let the get away with this when they have done nothing to deserve this so i intend to get a bit of fun revenge any ideas on how i can get these t***s back would be great thanks
