What's the name of this old computer game?

I was searching an old game once too. A mame32 one, you know the one you inserted a coin etc. I really liked it back then. When I found it by mistake , I was decaptivated and disappointed. I didn't like it at all now. I didn't even bother to win the starting phase. I think this will be the case with you too.
