What should i do with my cat?

ok, well me and my boyfriend are moving out in less then 2 months and my moms moving in with her boyfriend and can't take her cat. we would take him but we have 2 cats that we have to take care of already and are low on cash. my question is what should we do with him? hes a grumpy cat hes 2 years old and bites alot. hes an outside cat so hes a little scruffy and no one would want him at a pound and i don't want him put down. i was considering craigslist but there are some weird people on there. what are some other solutions? we have no family members who can take him.
