You can work towards begin a surgeon in small steps. Get your undergrad and see how your finances are. If you have to wait to finish the rest of the school then do that. An entrepreneur is not an easy thing to do. It takes a lot of time and money to become a surgeon but when you are one the job outlook is absolutely amazing. Peoples business' fail at a crazy rate. I read somewhere it was more than 50%. It's rare that someone strikes big with starting their own business.
