I want to get stronger. how?

weight lifting doesn't equate to being a good fighter. i've seen little skinny dudes knock out big meat-heads many a time. you need to take classes and practice. most MMA schools offer stand up and grappling courses. you'll get crazy strong when you spend three hours a week grappling. nothing builds muscle like keeping another 200lb person from trying to strangle you or twist your ankle off. high protein. and give your muscles time to rest. plenty of sleep. and you have to work out with a partner. you can't get stronger with just your limitations. have to really burn with help from someone else.
