My nasel passage is always blocked?

so i've had this problem sinse around the age of 8 or n9 im not too sure but it began to get worse by age 10. I am in my teens now and it is getting no better yet to be honest I am terrified of going to the doctors because I have friends who had the same problem and they stuck cameras up there noses which to me sounds awful and I am a complete wimp. Its really beginning to irritate me though and It does clear a little with allergy relief so i think it may be an allergy that has blocked it up for so long it takes a lot to break it down again. I dont know if thats possible but I was wondering if anyone knows of the best way or ghas had it before. Even someone who has been to a doctors and knows what they do and could tell me if its too bad or not. I really dont know anymore as i have tried nasel sprays/ Vic/ allergy relief (I also have recently realised i have hayfever so have been taking hayfever/allergfy relief but it still only partiually clears it) will it take a few doeses before i wioll start to see a difference? should i take it regurlaly? any help? thank you
