I woke up with a sunburn, any ideas? PLEASE HELP!?

I know, it sounds CrAzY!! But I am serious! I am a 44 yr old white female with high blood pressure.. I woke up at about 3 am with my skin burning so bad!! and I am a tough cookie. Mother of five, all natural, so I'm no wimp. I was able to sleep after about an hour but I awoke with the feeling of pins and needles, mild but apparent. My skin was red and hot to the touch, in the shower it felt like I had a sunburn! It's been 16 hours since, and I still have "a sunburn". When I press my skin, it appears white for a second! WebMD is NO HELP! (No meds, no different detergents, etc.) PLEASE HELP!
