Lost bet - now my long hair is being chopped tonight?

If your hair is is below your chest then please dont cut your hair or maybe cut it atleast up to your chest. When I had a long hair up to my chest I cut it short (layered) then now I really want my hair to be long. I cant even buy extensions but maybe you can. And if you cut your hair short, dont ever tie it a week after you had your hair cut, you'll hate how the tips will look like after tying your hair tight like me. Talk to him about it.
